One of the main problems in production is to achieve close integration of manufacturing processes, management accounting and controlling. Process planning is usually separated from management accounting and from controlling. Optimisation of manufacturingprocesses is based on controlling the cost components in the production centre. Close integration of manufacturing processes, management accounting and controlling is therefore essential.
