    Discretization of Linear Dynamic Systems with State Delays

    Time delays is a dynamic element that considerably complicates both theoretical and practical aspects of control system design. Transfer functions of linear systems with internal state delays are not rational. This paper present an original approach to the discrete approximation od continuous-time linear models with both state and control delays to get discrete models for the purposes of numerical modelling, simulation, identification and control.
