An EMG-Driven Models for Muscle Forces Assessment
Original language description
One method for estimating force in a single muscle is to use the EMG signal. Here, a dynamical model of muscle activation and contraction, such as Hill type model, must be used. The inputs to this model are (typically) the recorded and processed (after rectification, filtering and smoothing) EMG signal, and the recorded length and velocity of the musculotendinouos actuator. The estimated force does not depend on (imperfect) joint torque calculation via inverse dynamic and is computationally simple enough to potentially be applied in real time
Czech name
EMG řízené modely pro stanovení svalových sil
Czech description
Pro výpočet svalových sil bylo použito hybridních EMG řízenými svalových modelů. Pohybová a EMG data byly stanoveny experimentálně.
