    Practical Application of Inovated Hole Drilling Method Theory for Residual Stress

    The articl delas about new method of determinating of residua stresses by means of the hole drilling method and its aplication on pipe bend. Heat treatment of bends is provided by standard ČSN 42 0284 very often. This operation is very expensive and timeof production cycle is growing, and cost of production is increased by machining of scaled surface of bends. Standard ČSN 130021-6 1 comes in force in 1998. This new standard makes possible omitting bends stress-relief annealing, if mechanical and structural property of metal are conform and level of residual stresses in construction is low.

    Článek pojednává o nové metodě pro vyhodnocení zbytkových napětí a její použití na trubkovém ohybu. Podle nromy ČSN 42 0284 je častno nutné trubkový ohyb normalizačně žíhat. Tato operace je však velice časově a finančně náročná. Nová norma ČSN 130021-6 vstoupila v platnost v roce 1998 a ta umožňuje normalizační žíhání za určitých podmínek vypustit.
