Static-model-based Residue Generation for Hereditary Process Fault Detection
Original language description
The paper deals with a nonlinear residue generator for fault detection providing a possibility to avoid the need of the usually required dynamical plant model. The proposed observer scheme is assigned to nonlinear plants, operating in conditions near totheir steady states where a proper identification of a dynamic plant model is not accessible due to the risks threatening from the experiments needed for model assessment.
