The microstructure of polypropylene and polyamide is basically affected by filler of montmorillonite particles. The influence of microstructure on strain kinetics parameters and the relation between microstructure and strain homogeneity/heterogeneity under tensile loading were investigated for two composite materials - PP and PA - with 6 % montmorillonite particle volume contents.
