This abstract points out possible problems of sharing and gathering information in group of firms, especially in business clusters. On the one hand clusters gain massive support from government; on the other hand Office for the Protection of competitionin Brno judges clusters as any other deals so there must be the same respect of the competition law.

V tomto příspěvku se autor zabývá možnými problém sdílení a sběru informací ve skupině spolupracujících podniku, hlavně klastrů. Na jedné straně se klastrům dnes dostává velké podpory ze strany vlády, na druhé straně je nutno posuzovat klastry z pohledusoutěžního práva, které má stejnou platnost pro všechny typy spolupráce podnikatelských či nepodnikatelských subjektů.
