    Frequency Analysis Based Quality Control Indicator Autotuning

    There exists a lot of modern controller algorithm, but the most used controller algorithm in praxis is still PI/PID algorithm. It is because industrial praxis prefers experimental tuning than model based tuning. The advantages of PI/PID controller are its relative simplicity and understanding of its function without necessity of deep control theory knowledge. The most used tuning rules are still Ziegler and Nichols rules (which was published in 1942), in some last years Aström and Hägglund method becomes popular. Both two methods have significant disadvantage - interrupted control function during new controller parameter finding. It means that disturbance are not eliminated in these moments. This is the reason for new PI/PID controller autotuning method development. The method is based on set of control quality indicators and it can find optimal controller parameters during control function of controller.

    Přestože existují modernější regulační algoritmy, nejrozšířenějšími regulátory v praxi stále zůstavají PI a PID algoritmy. Metoda seřizování PID regulátorů založená na na frekvenčně vyhodnocovaných indikátorech kvality regulačního pochodu dokáže najít optimální seřízení regulátorů bez nutnosti přerušit regulační fukci regulátoru.
