Original language description
Analysis of directional frequency characteristics evaluated at the feed drive showed in correlation with results of modal analysis critical points of the test bed structure. Linear motor driven test bed which has been built for testing of passive resistance of the machine tool telescopic covers reveals excessive vibration excited by acceleration and speed steps. For elimination of the unacceptable vibration, an optimized structure of the test bed is designed. Several variants have been evaluated for their dynamic properties, which influence the feed drive. The variant with the best dynamic behaviour has been proposed for implementation on the real test bed.
