Original language description
This workdescribes the deployment of robotic GMAW technology for the production of bridge handail. Initially, it was necessary to examine the feasibility at The Laboratory of welding technologies at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague. The next steps were to disign and to make a welding fixture and a program for the industrial robot with the use of on-line and off-line procedures to ensure quality of the weld joints. A construction of the welding fixture wassuccessfully achived and could be used in the industry for mass production, because we search final time about half hour on product of one bridge handrail.
