    Parallelization of Multibody System Dynamics by Additional Dynamics

  • Original language description

    The method of additional auxiliary dynamics is presented inthis paper, which enables the parallel solution of multibody system dynamics with complexity independent on the size of the system being solved. For achieving that one needs to have sufficient amount of computing cores with suitable communication network.The method is based on the modified state space approachin which the resulting equations of motion are modified. The application of the method is shown here on simple planar mechanisms.
