    Composite Elecroplating Implemented in Operating Line

    The paper deals with electroplated zinc-polytetrafluoroethylene (Zn-PTFE) composite coating obtained by electroplating by using professional operating galvanizing line (CVP Galvanika s.r.o.). Zn-PTFE coating is consisted of zinc matrix and dispersed PTFEparticles. PTFE particles provide better tribological qualities. The research is focused on comparison of composite Zn-Zn-PTFE (electroplated Zn and afterwards Zn-PTFE coating) and Zn coatings. Comparison of tribological properties between Zn and composite coatings were performed. The article describes tribological tests by using specialized tribometer TOP 3. This research is related to experiments by using laboratory electrolyser (CTU in Prague) and semi-operating galvanizing line (CVP Galvanika s.r.o.).
