A The paper deals with electroplated zinc-polytetrafluoroethylene (Zn-PTFE) composite coating consisting of zinc matrix and dispersed PTFE particles. The research is focused on comparison of composite Zn-Zn-PTFE(elecroplated Zn and afterwards Zn-PTFE coating) and Zn coatings obtained by electroplating by using professional operating galvanizing line (CVP Galvanika s.r.o.). Comparison of tribological properties between Zn and composite coatings were performed. The article describes tribological tests byusing specialized tribometer TOP 3. This research is related to expriments by using laboratory electrolyser (CTU in Prague) and semi-operating galvanizing line (CVP Galvanika s.r.o.).
