Finishes the process of tumbling
Original language description
Tumbling is a process, in which the components are tumbled and tumbling media get into the relative movement and pressure on the component leads to chipping and burrs scaling, rounding the edges and grinding or polishing the surface of the component. This process can be influenced by selecting the correct tumble device size and shape of the components, the material tumbling media or compounds (process water). Compound support cleaning, degreasing components and speed up the process. Basic types of tumbling machines are divided into rotational, vibrational, high energy disc systems, plunge grinding and drag finishing. At one time is possible rehash one or more components made of the same material. If the materials are different, they may damage each other. Tumble may be small or very large components. Tumbling is used extensively in the automotive industry (shafts, blades), engineering (washers, nuts, bolts), medicine (joints, teeth), in jewelry.
