This paper deals anodic oxide films with lubricant properties on alumina alloy EN-AW 7075. Layers of hard anodic oxide were prepared by anodization in sulphuric acid. Then samples were sealing by HTS, impregnated in PTFE suspension by ultrasonic, sealingin nickel acetate in combination HTS and painted by Xylan 1010. On these layers was studied coefficient of friction, hardness, thickness, morphology, and temperature resistance layer
