    The paper deals with active vibration suppression of composite beam using the fiber mechanism. The mechanism transmits the force from the actuator to the structure. It contains composite fiber, pulley and the secondary supporting structure. The control synthesis is proposed using state space feedback control with LQR and using output feedback with Hinfinity controller.
