Original language description
This software presents a tool for designing new mechanisms of internal combustion engines based on the DASY knowledge database. An OHC valve train with hydraulic lash adjuster has been chosen for developing and testing the presented tool. The software includes mechanical and hydraulic parts of a valve train connected to a crank train. Software contains values of unknown parameters which have been obtained using detailed calibration.
