Result description

Experimental investigation and numerical simulation of turbulent discharge stream from standard Rusrhto turbine impeller in a pilot plant cylindrical baffled system. For experiments the time resolved PIV technique resulting in determination of the time resolved turbulent velocity field in the impeller discharge stream, and as a numerical procedure the Detached Eddy Simulation was used.
