Design and realization of the instrument for measuring building material deformation in environmental chamber
Original language description
The paper describes design and realization of the instrument for measuring building material deformation in environmental chamber based on a bridge coordinate concept which is equipped with three linear guide-ways that quarantine an x and y motion. On the x arm is fixed a laser triangulation sensor (resolution 0.6 µm) that reconstructs the topology of the vertically placed samples. The advantages of this instrument are that the samples can remain in the chamber for the whole experiment, it can work in extreme conditions (relative humidity 95 %) and it is control from outside the chamber. Due to these advantages, it is possible to reduce the common bias in results which is caused by the manipulation with the samples during the experiment.
