Original language description
This article deals with the impact of a different synchronization on the quality of the resulting data, during Laser Induced Fluorescence measurement. The basic principles of measurement by LIF, various kinds of image intensifiers that can be used in the course of measuring, their advantages and disadvantages are described. Furthermore, the influence of synchronizing a CCD camera and an image intensifier on the obtained image quality is discussed. The study focuses mainly on the impact of the exposure time length of digital cameras and image intensifier activation time. The resulting data are then analyzed, using the signal course and the maximum value of the gradient in the measured area. Based on these parameters, the effect of increasing exposure time on the quality of the recorded data is defined.
