    The paper present the primary insight into the issue of the construction and control theory of the piezoelectric platform attached on the platform that are driven by the cables. The main idea of the topic is to enhance the accuracy of the cable driven manipulator by the piezoelectric platform. But the construction of the piezoelectric elements is very fragile and the integration into the very dynamic system is complex issue. Therefore the primary analysis of the one dimensional model is delivered.
