    This paper deals with design of absorber for light structures, which cable driven robots are representatives of. Absorbing of vibrations in multidimensional space using single mass is the goal of the design process, including optimization of both passive and active properties. Control theory approach is supposed to be applicable in whole workspace of the end-effector, since dynamical properties of large light structure can significantly vary through positions in workspace.
