Influence of setting up of scanning speed of tactile probing CMM systems on the final measurement process capability
Original language description
: In today's modern age, we can still observe increasing efforts to make production machines more productive. At the same time, we can also observe the effort to constantly narrow the specification limits and thus to the increasing demands of production machines precision. These trends must also reflect the follow-up processes, including quality control. As a result, CMMs are increasingly expanding in industrial companies - due to their versatility, speed and accuracy. Acquisition and integration of a new measuring system are a costly investment, and therefore maximum capacity utilization of existing control technologies should be pursued. In almost all production plants, the production processes optimization has gradually become a standard. However, by optimizing the dimensional control process from the point of view of time demands reduction, only large industrial producers deals, and mostly only marginally.
