    The paper deals with the design and modeling of concepts of serial robots, the construction of which is based on the principle of tensegrity structures. The individual designs then form a transition between a classic serial robot and a fully tensegrity structure. Subsequent analysis then consists in comparing key static and dynamic parameters, control requirements and the construction of individual concepts.
