This paper focuses on using the FNUC iRVision camera system to locate the weldment samples in the robot workspace and to modify the robot programmed paths. Camera vision processes were set for different samples and the sample positions were determined. The coordinates were evaluated and the process stability was stated according to the measured coordinates span. The robot paths were modified and samples were welded in various locations.
