    1-WP01-001 (ZV) Benchmarking code for ultimate energy consumption at defined route with defined constraints.

  • Original language description

    The further development and calibration of the optimization code for local power splitting and global trip speed schedule aiming at the lowest energy consumption. The basic code for parallel hybrid has been developed in ADVICE and IMPERIUM H2020 projects and TE0102 0020. Constraints: trip time, maximum temperature of critical location in electric part, minimum (winter) or maximum (summer) cabin temperature, maximum torque of an ICE, maximum and minimum SoC of a battery. Calibration variables have to enable the estimation of constraints. Optimization of maximum power used, maximum power used for acceleration, margin to comfortable trip section speed, margin to adhesion during acceleration and braking, distance of electronic horizon for charging history or discharging future, internal limits of starting/finishing engine supported charging. Calibration in GT Suite. The resulting code is used as a benchmark for optimum driving control design.
