Control of the Electrodynamic Shaker with Additional Force Sources
Original language description
This paper explores the possibilities of using a light fixture to hold a device under test (DUT) in vibration testing instead of using a massive fixture and increasing the power of the exciter. Additional actuators are used and connected to the fixture to eliminate unwanted vibration. To control the system, the adaptive inverse filtering approach is used to control both the main exciter and the additional actuators. The adaptive inverse control with multiple inputs and multiple outputs is realized using a linear neural unit with the Levenberg-Marquardt learning algorithm applied on mini-batches. The approach is verified in simulation with a model created using finite element analysis with its order reduced to limit the computational complexity.
