The squeezing is a quasi-static compression flow of the tested material between two approaching plates. The rheological properties of irradiated collagen solution samples (aqueous solution of bovine skin collagen) were evaluated from the relationship between the normal force acting on moving plate F, thickness of the gap between the two plates h and the speed of the moving plate dh/dt.
