The aim of this study is to find out dependence between the parameters of the CMT cycle step welding process and the geometry of the welded welding bead for the possibility of using this geometry in the off-line simulation of the WAAM method. The data is primarily used in the off-line software Roboguide, in which the programming of individual predators of the alternative WAAM additive technology is also carried out.
