Original language description
In this paper the numerical approximation of a fluid-structure interaction problem is described with the main attention paid to the simulation of computational models of human phonation process. The mathematical formulation of the problem is described that allows to treat the numerical simulation of the vocal folds contact resulting in the flow domain closure. The mathematical model is described, numerically approximated and numerical results are shown.
