    Desciption of the FECET program for modelling the energy consumption of surface (road and rail) vehicles and estimating their greenhouse gas emissions and pollutants. Analysis, interpolation, verification of publicly available and ad-hoc statistical data on vehicle operation by confrontation with CTU simulation models, based on regression characteristics of propulsion units running on different fuels or electrical energy as well as entire vehicles. Inclusion of the influence of the power unit and fuel storage system in the driving resistance model. A tool for processing scenarios for the development of the vehicle fleet for energy consumption and emissions from transport in the Czech Republic.
