Steady Process Observer for Plants with Weaks Dynamics
Original language description
On the basis of a class of original functional models a scheme of state observer has been developed suitable for plants with distributed parameters and delays, operating in conditions near their steady states. The modelling approach promotes opportunityto select most of the state variables as avaible outputs and thus it provides favourable circumstances for model based fault detection. Due to weak dynamics of process operation the model is reduced to a steady state form and a steady process observer scheme is developed. An application to fault detection on a laboratory scale heating system is demonstrated.
