The paper describes use of Data Mining for resource allocation, concrete for predicting number of therapy procedures in the spa. It deals with data exploration, data pre-processing, and prediction methods. Several different prediction methods were tested, from simple regression to advanced methods like Instance-Based Reasoning. Results of experiments are compared and discussed.
