Original language description
A low volume concentration of recombination centres is very important for the fabrication of high-efficiency crystalline silicon solar cells. The fast and non-destructive diagnostic of solar cells can give information about both the input material and the quality of the technological operations. The presented diagnostic method using local irradiation can be used to investigate the influence of technology on the homogenity of solar cells, and consequently can help to increase treir efficiency and reliability.
