Original language description

One of the methods how to gain a spectral pure harmonic signal is applying a high-quality selective pass-band filter on a harmonic signal (e.g. produced by a common harmonic generator). The basic condition for this signal is a high stability and spectralpurity (free of spurious components) near the fundamental harmonic (because of the pass-bandwidth). The other spectral components and noise are suppressed by the filter.
