Original language description

A direct converting digital microphone with a thin circular diaphragm has been de-scribed. The system consists of a subtractor, sampling and holding circuit, sigma-delta modulator and other parts. In our contribution, an electroacoustic electrostatic device with the new concept of driving electrodes whose surfaces correspond to the significant bits in digital signal used as the subtractor is presented.
