Original language description
The paper presents the solution of models of vehicle with axles and moving on the road. The vehicle is compiled with chassis, front and rear axles, dampers, springs and wheel disks with tires. The equations of motion of model of vehicle are in most casessystems of non-linear algebraic-differential equations. The reason for non-linear equations is non-linearity of kinematical bonds, passive resistances, dampers or elastic elements. Their analytic solution is limited to few exceptional incidents. In research description of non-linear systems it is necessary using numerical methods in connection with computer systems. Compared to other possible software products Matlab appeared to be the most successful for teaching.

V článku je na příkladu tlumiče automobilu ukázáno řešení optimálního návrhu semi-aktivního tlumení. Byl sestaven reálný model, popsán matematickými rovnicemi a provedeno numerické řešení pomocí Simulinku. Výsledkem jsou průběhy výchylek karoserie při pasivním a semi-aktivním tlumení. Jejich porovnáním při simulaci různých tvarů vozovky je zřejmé, že dochází k při semi-aktiním tlumení k menším výchylkám karoserie oproti pasivnímu tlumení.
