    We report about fabrication of polymer optical channel waveguides using non-contact and non-photolithography technology procedure based on lithography induced self-construction method. The reported waveguides were fabricated by spin coating deposition ofepoxy novolak resin on silica on silicon or on silicon substrates. We studied optimization of preparation of the polymer structures and the influence of electric field on the properties of the ENR optical waveguides.
