Original language description
The design and measurement of 8-bit dual-slope integrating A/D converter is presented in this paper. SAR and sigma-delta A/D converters are used in present RFID devices. The aim of this work is to introduce dual-slope conversion principle to RFID devicesand to meet the requirement of 8-bit resolution with +/- 1/2LSB INL and DNL accuracy.
