Applications of the Medipix Type Detectors Combined with X-Ray Optics

Original language description

Experimental results showing applicability of Medipix2 and Timepix devices to be used as detectors for the lobster eye X-ray optics are presented. Measurements shows that the Medipix and Timepix devices operates with the lobster eye optics at chosen energy 8keV. Field of view, spatial resolution, image distortion as function of source position were been estimated. Image distortion is compared with the simulations.
