Original language description
This article deals with possibility to use electrically conductive adhesive joints instead of soldered joints in the solar cells electrode system. One of the advantages of the using adhesive joints instead of soldered joints is less mechanical destruction of solar cells during the production. Like a next advantage we should notice on ecological point of view. Therefore in this article will be compared three different types of electrically conductive adhesives against solder. We prepared specific samplesfor four-point probe method measurement of the electrical resistance between conductive layer and tinned copper ribbon. The samples were temperature stressed and the change of the electrical resistance between the connection of the conductive layer andtinned copper ribbon was observed.
