Today, access to radio spectrum is difficult as it is restricted by a radio regulatory of every country. Large parts of the radio spectrum are allocated to licensed radio services. Open access to some part of the radio spectrum is permitted with very lowtransmission power, for example Ultra WideBand system works in huge frequency bandwidth and with very low power spectral density. The pulse shaping technique with the cognitive radio ideas could be solution to increase range of the UWB system by increasing power in non-occupied frequency bands that is one of the most uncomfortable limitations of the ultra wideband low power systems.
