UWB Pulse Propagation in Outdoor Environments
Original language description
In this paper, we present measurement results of ultra-wideband propagation in selected outdoor environments, including forest and dense srcub. The measurement setup and procedure is described. The measurements have been perdormed using a time-domain measurement system consisting of a pulse generator and a wideband oscilloscope. Then, post-processing of the recorded data is described. First, we apply the CLEAN algorithm in order to study and compare the multipath nature of the investigated propagation channels. Then we present the power gain profiles.
