The contribution summarizes some basic results of a service system M/G/1/infinity/FIFO. G is represented by Pareto lognormal and Weibull distribution. Enumeration of distribution function of waiting times is presented along with the several numerical results which are compared with a simulation. Approximation of the distribution of waiting times by Weibull's distribution is mentioned and compared there as well.
