The attention of this paper is devoted to service system with Poisson's input flow, arbitrary distribution of service time, one service line, finite capacity of waiting space and queuing discipline FIFO. This contribution follows up to an earlier one presented at the RTT 2010 conference that summarized parameters of M/G/1/infinity/FIFO service system. G has been represented by distributions: Pareto (Lomax), lognormal and Weibull. The problem of enumeration of distribution function of waiting and delay time is presented. The Stehfest's method for numerical solution of the inverse Laplace transform is used and compared with MAPLE 13 results and with approximation of distribution of waiting times by Weibull's distribution. Results for distributions D, E2,M and H2 (Kendall's notation) are presented for the same value of intensity arrivals and intensity of service to demonstrate influence of type distribution function of service time on parameters of service system.
