Mobile learning is a specific branch of electronically supported education that uses various terminals on the user side (i.e. PDA, cellular phones, but also various types of notebooks, tablet computers, netbooks, or even gaming consoles). On the side ofthe training institution it is necessary to implement a server with a specific type of LMS system. Czech Technical University in Prague participates in an international project, the main objective of which is practical utilization of mobile learning in education, specifically in the area of foreign languages.
