    IMPLEMENTATION OF LOW-VOLTAGE SUB-BANDGAP REFERENCE

    This work presents features, brief analysis description, design procedure and acquired verification results of low-voltage low-power sub-bandgap reference circuit. The aim of this work is to summarize and add some verification results of the proposed circuit. The circuit is represented by the plots of some important quantities such are PSRR, load characteristic, start-up waveform, temperature dependence of the circuit etc. Since the article treats the circuit as any other one for the industrial use, theproposed design is prepared to be implemented into a commercial ASIC at the end of the design process.
