    This paper report about design and simulation of 1-to-2 and 1-to-4 optical power splitters based on polymer materials. Two polymer waveguide structures was designed. First Epoxy Novolak Resin polymer was used as core waveg- uides material, silica on silicon was applied as substrate and Polymethylmethacrylate was used as cover protection layer. The second structure was based on Cytop buffer and protec- tion cover layer on silicon substrate. The beam propagation method was used for light propagation analysis. The simu- lation results and comparisons of optical splitters with low power loss are also reported. The obtained splitters were characterized in terms of their optical properties at the op- erational wavelength 1310 nm.
