Original language description
The paper deals with a realization of control of distributed mechatronic system operated from MATLAB-Simulink environment. The mechatronic system serves as a laboratory model of simple manipulation system. The communication within the system is providedby wireless ZigBee protocol through a coordination unit. This unit is connected via serial interface to the control computer, where appropriate Simulink model runs. The paper addresses briefly individual physical components of the system (units, passiveand active or executive elements etc.), specific blocks of used Simulink model and demonstrates the system behavior on several examples.
