    The presented paper describes a novel index guiding photonic crystal fiber, in which its core is surrounded by air holes with three different values of diameter. A nearly-zero ultra-flattened dispersion photonic crystal fiber with low confinement loss ispresented. The simulation of the proposed design was carried out using the finite difference frequency domain method.
